Independent evaluations primarily used in workers’ compensation and veteran’s disability claims that provide the most objective findings as to an individual’s present employability and wage earning capacity given his or her present qualifications, training and provided work restrictions or recommendations.

A proven methodology that incorporates a forensic interview of the plaintiff or defendant, a detailed records review, development of skill profiles, transferable skills analyses, gathering of occupational employment statistics, and labor market surveying, we are able to accurately and objectively discuss what are appropriate vocational options and how much an individual can reasonably earn in wages given based on the disability claim.
