Mr. Michael Fontaine has been providing vocational rehabilitation services since 1988.  He joined Hostetler Fontaine & Associates in 1996 and became a partner in 1999 and is its current managing partner and vocational rehabilitation service manager. Mr. Fontaine has more than 30 years’ experience in vocational rehabilitation and specializes in vocational assessment, vocational counseling, vocational rehabilitation plan development (VRP), job development and placement, job analysis, and employability and wage earning capacity analysis.

Mr. Fontaine obtained his M.A. in Labor and Industrial Relations from Wayne State University in 1993.  He is a Certified Disability Management Specialist who provides case management and vocational rehabilitation services in workers’ compensation, auto no-fault and long-term disability.  Mr. Fontaine also conducts forensic employability and wage earning capacity analyses and offers vocational opinions and testimony in the areas of workers’ compensation, personal injury/liability, medical malpractice and divorce
